At the age of Sami's tightening, sitting and walking, talking, playing with other kids, he is living in bed when he is old. In addition to physical problems, Sammy had intellectual problems; For example, social communication skills problems, answering after a name calling, etc. Sami's farming father and housewife became very worried about these problems. Sammy's poor father has become quite helpless, spending a lot of money on his treatment. He was treated in various hospitals but his family was very frustrated that there was no improvement. When Sami's age is 3 years and 6 months, they learn about the Disability Service and Assistance Center, the Natore office.

And brought Sammy to the "Disability Service and Assistance Center", the NATO office. The duty consultant (physiotherapy) of the NATO office identified Sami as a cerebral palsy after a serious examination. Sammy's problems are that his knees are weak, his muscles are low in strength, he cannot stand and walk, he cannot do his work himself, reads saliva, cannot understand anything and cannot speak, etc. The doctor gives Sammy a medical plan and accordingly He recommends physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy therapy at the service center every day. Also counsel their parents to clear their mental thoughts and serve Sammy properly. In physiotherapy, Sami is served through the treatment of knee exercises, stretching exercises, (tendon achilles), balancing exercises, etc. In vocational therapy, Sami is trained in gross motor, fine motor activities, ADL practice, and so on. Speech and Language Therapy offers training in communication skills, communication skills, saliva reading, and language problems.

"Disability service and help center", with proper service from the NATO office, he can now eat food by hand, sit alone, rise from the soy, can swim, walk slowly, never fall off saliva, meat. Muscle strength has increased, social communication skills have increased, she can now speak and understand everything.

Sammy's parents are grateful to the Bangladesh government and the "Disability Service and Support Center" Nato's office for allowing Sami to lead a normal life by answering his handicap as a result of free therapy.
